PSA Interclub Competition
Each club may enter up to 6 images per competition from 6 different makers.
A full complement for one season would be 18 images.
Only one image from the same club maker per competition is allowed.
Once an image has been entered into the Interclub PID Competition, it is ineligible for
re-entry in this competition even if the maker moves to another club the following year.
No two clubs may submit images by the same maker. (The first club submitting an image by the same maker is considered the legitimate submitter for the season. If possible, the club in error will be given a chance to resubmit another image.) However, clubs may submit the same images to another division's interclub.

Depending on the number of participants, clubs will be divided into groups of 25, and a club will compete within its assigned group.
The goal for groups is to have a balanced number of ability clubs in each group. Staying consistent is the step of moving the top 3 clubs to the next Group after each competition season. After this step, the clubs with zero (no participation in any competitions) will be removed, along with clubs who wish to drop out.
A club returning to the competition after a year of no participation will be placed back into the lowest group. Standing scores will be established again with the top 3 clubs added.

The Director will establish the desired number of clubs in each group to balance each group. The A Groups will be considered the top club. Groups will be established in June. There will be an effort to keep the last group smaller to provide for new clubs.
Throughout the summer, groups can be rearranged if the number of clubs in groups change making room to move others up to another group, and always using that year's group's standing scores. Standing scores cannot be used across the groups for placement.
Final grouping will be established before the competition is opened. Once the competition season begins groups will not change.

End of Year
Top Clubs:
Group Standings are kept and represent a club's total scores from each round of judging. The top three (3) clubs in every group are determined at the end of the competing season based on these scores. The top scoring club in each group receives an optional Plaque. The 2nd and 3rd place clubs receive a Certificate.

Best of the Best:
All Merit Images from each round are judged again to determine the Best of the Best for each group.
The End of Year Image Awards given are a Gold Medal, Silver Medal and Bronze Medal, with Best of the Best Honorable Mention Images receiving ribbons.
The number of Honorable Mention Awards is determined for each group based on 10% of the number of Merit Images judged.
The Best of Show is chosen from all Gold Medal Images from each group and is awarded a Best of Show Plaque.

Definition of a PID Image
The category is General and images may be either COLOR or MONOCHROME.
The content is unrestricted and may include creative images, with all forms of manipulation permitted. All submitted images are judged together and are not separated by Color or Monochrome.
